Mahirap talagang labanan ang homesickness, kabayan.  Pero sabi nga eh para-paraan lang ‘yan.  At dahil love kayo ng OFW International, here are some tips to beat #feelinglonely.

Malamang feeling energized ka at ‘di mo need mag-Milo every day.

3. Go out and chillax with friends.

After a hard day’s work, deserve na deserve mo ‘to.  Go out and have fun.  You can dine out, travel or watch movies together. Siyempre unwind-unwind din ‘pag may time.

Plus pa ‘yung marami kang maitsitsika sa mga friends o sa boss mo na trivias, jokes, anecdotes and news from the books/magazines/newspapers you’ve read.

It’s your shield not only from loneliness, but also from stress, anxiety and danger na rin.

pray always
